Crazy Mocha or just plain Crazy?
My wife and I enjoy an iced coffee each morning. We have gotten away from buying them on the way to work by brewing them at home resulting in a cost savings, as well as it always being made the way we like. As part of my wife’s job she often runs to the bank or post office in the morning, and of course, is asked to make a coffee run on the way back for the other workers in the office. This is all fine and good if it weren’t for her weakness for the local drive through coffee shops “Crazy Mocha”. It’s half iced coffee and half iced coco. Yummy yes but not the best use of calories when you on a reduced calorie diet as part of Power 90 or Slim in 6. The solution? Make an extra 2 cups of iced coffee in the morning, pour it into a shaker cup with ice and a scoop of chocolate meal replacement shake or whey protein supplement shake mix. Great taste and your getting a nutritional calories not just empty ones. Makes a great breakfast for the road. Try it and let me know what you think.
